Introduction

International politics is a name given to socio-cultural relationship, that is carried out by different actors on the international scene.For each state, its main foreign policy priorities are at the same level in geographically adjacent States.

Foreign policy is also a variable of domestic politics. International processes, political aspects, strategies, commercial, financial, social, demographic, scientific, technological, cultural and communication can negatively or positively influence the government's efforts to consolidate democracy and the rule of law. In this paper, we will discuss International Politics and World History of 19th and 20th Century.

The First World War changed the landscape of international relations, and transformed the international order from the Paris conference in 1919. It is in the period from 1914 to 1919, when we really started the history of international relations.

Europe was the center of the world. It has been a center of all international actions, including cultural, political and economic actions. We speak of a dominant, European hegemony in the international system. The diplomatic world is characterized in the nineteenth century by the so-called European system. Europe is the world and nearly 90% of non-European countries depend on Europe and their colonies .

Everything started in 1815, when great Napoleonic's imperial structure was destroyed. It developed a peace conference, the Congress of Vienna, who will try to lay the foundations for a new international behavior. Vienna powers are eager for peace, the need at all costs. From 1793 to 1814, Europe has lived in a permanent state of war and military confrontation, and since 1801, with the Napoleonic hegemony, the map of Europe and the continent's geopolitical concert was broken in favor of imperial France. Once defeated Napoleon, the great powers will try to find a permanent peace as possible and well-being for Europe.

Always people try to achieve their objectives through means that are responsive and are under the human ethics. This is because since childhood we have received an education that taught us the manner in which to behave in certain occasions. So people, whenever they have a purpose, trying to get it through actions and behaviors that conform to the moral and ethical rules so that the least damage possible should occur to the people involved in the act. All because those actions deemed wrong and are punishable by law and can hurt other people. An example would be the lie to a good end, even if you made an altruistic gesture towards the other person. The fact remains that you are automatically put in doubt the sincerity of a person and trust towards each other. So, if you have to follow the ethics, laws, morals and good behavior, Machiavelli's famous phrase “It is necessary for the prince, who wishes to maintain himself, to learn how not to be good, and to use this knowledge and not use it, according to the necessity of the case” may sound unrealistic but in political arena and in terms of international relation this quote defines the path through which politicians can keep ...
