International Relations

Introduction

For liberals, international relations are seen as a factor for progress and change. At the international level and national level, the Liberals emphasize the notion of power-against power. The most important is that the realist theory is central to all human nature and the desire to dominate which is associated as the neo-realism, does not refer to human nature, but a place in the centre its analysis of pressure from the state of anarchy. For the constructivist, knowledge is not the result of a passive process and, because he is inseparable from a set of words of language idea that both conditioned by it. The latest government of Obama represents realism to idealism response towards North Korea. Idealists view that policies would be going to change from the American side. The realism view that situations would take some time in North Korea to change. Realists are urging Obama presidency not to take immediate change of action (Larry, pp. 6).

North Korea says its nuclear program has peaceful purposes only. Therefore, there is no reason to become a topic of conversation at the summit. Pyongyang has threatened openly that raise the issue during the summit would be tantamount to a declaration of war. As reported by ITAR-TASS in the summit will bring together leaders of 53 countries, and representatives of international organizations. Pyongyang's strong reaction is not surprising. Observers judged from the start, scheduled for Sunday, the U.S. president's visit to the demilitarized zone as a show of force due to the change of power in North Korea, and it had to provoke a response of the regime. On February 10, 2005 North Korea advertisement for the aboriginal time that it endemic diminutive weapons. The acknowledgment fabricated the account but it was boxy to ascertain the truth. In the aboriginal 90s, the CIA had absolutely bound that North Korea had affiliated the diminutive affiliation by authoritative one or two announcement accoutrement from plutonium it had fabricated afore 1992.

But, at the time, North Korea had never conducted nuclear test, and although it has actually managed to extract plutonium for use in the manufacture of nuclear weapons, we could never prove that she was in possession of nuclear weapons operational. However, it has long been known, North Korea has a nuclear program.

Discussion

The discovery of nuclear North Korea in the late 1980s, is causing concern. Under the authoritarian rule of Kim Il Sung, died in 1994, then his son Kim Jong-Il, South Korea, whose population lives in abject poverty, is using its nuclear program to extract concessions from other countries. An agreement with the United States in 1994 provides a gel, then a possible dismantling of the current program. But it continues. Tensions reached a new high on Oct. 9, 2006 with the unveiling of the first test of a nuclear bomb. While the United Nations (UN) decreed a ban, ...
