The role of Business Analyst is powerful in making project base reports. It is the pillar and base of the project that involves communication, leadership, writing, technical skills, together. A business analyst must possess great knowledge of the work and skills to utilize functionality to present reports on the objectives identified by senior management team. Business Analysts should always possess expert writing skills and communication power to enhance skills in strengthens objectives of an organization. If I am hired as a new Business Analyst in De-Clear Pty Limited, in order to optimize a business process by putting in place Information Systems, and improving the efficiency of the company in the competitive market.

I need to understand the various new development products of the company and need of implementation various techniques by considering Information Systems. There is a need to understand the current situation of business, methodology and rules within the company. De-Clear Pty Limited is the manufacturing company and Business Analyst should understand the business process in that company, re-engineer in order to increase the productivity, product yield, increase customer satisfaction by reducing rejections and risks. There are certain compromises and challenges to do these jobs because these jobs can take the company to the top when completed on time and care. Each business analyst looks busy while working on the development of information systems and especially software development projects. I need to fill the gaps between the business teams and technology teams. It is essential to determine the changes in operations and processes to take place in order to install different systems. I have to advise project's impact on other systems. This is the essential thing to meet with management teams, employees and pertinent parties. There is a need to understand with whom we are working and how to manage them.
