Abstract

The significance of organizational learning in the prediction of effective strategic management can be analyzed through the determination of following variables obtained through the literature review. The variables identified are Background of respondents, Work performance, Organizational commitment and Job satisfaction. These variables are analyzed through the primary and secondary research methods. The primary research method undertakes the primary data collection through a survey of respondents. The survey involved questionnaires that were disseminated to the target audiences that include employees from various organizations who foster learning environment and culture. The secondary research method was used to determine the relevant variables for the research study. A time scale for the research is provided in order to complete the project on time and with effectiveness. The ethical considerations of the research study make it a professional and authentic study. The expected results of the study determine that the organizational learning can be considered a predictor of effective strategic management.

Introduction

Strategic management considers the continuous learning processes and methods of continuous development and progression. The learning organizations tend to have positive and better future prospects than the traditional and functional organizations. Organizations in the recent decade are more driven by the work that is project related and supported rather than the traditional approaches of functional works (Marquardt, 1996). The projects are outsourced or managed in such a way that provides resilience to the functions of the organizations and help the organization in achieving its goals by focusing on the core areas. The management of the project team within an organization plays an important role for the proper and successful execution and implementation of the project and leads towards the positive prospects for the company. In the same way, the organizations involved in completing the projects that are being outsourced by some other company specifically focuses on the execution and completion of the project on time and with the required specifications (Allen & Rush, 1998). Thus, the leader of the project team is regarded as the key player in motivating and influencing the project team to attain certain objective which is in the best interest of the organization and for the employees. This paper discusses the theoretical framework of the research that intends to analyze and test the hypothesis that learning organizations can be considered as a predictor of effective strategic management.

To support the hypothesis, we will examine the variables obtained from the literature review to be incorporated in the research study. Since, the theoretical framework is the set of interrelated ideas and concepts obtained form the theory or literature study that directs the researcher to test the hypothesis. Therefore, the research will undertake the variables and cases that pertain to the significance of organization learning to achieve organizational goals and objectives ...
