Introduction

Sexual stalking is any unnecessary sexual advancement that can be bodily or spoken, expressive or indirect. It is a multifaceted expression to describe, even though there have been advancements in the legislation that circulates guiding principles concerning sexual harassment. Sexual harassment at workplace takes place when undesirable performance that is rooted on sexual characteristics, has an influence on a person's employment. The EEOC characterize it as unwanted advancements, requirements for sexual favoritism and other spoken or bodily behavior of a sexual character.
