The Hierarchy in an organization is highly necessary as to main the employee effectiveness in an organization. The effective organisational structure that needs to be incorporated in ABC Systems as the vision and priorities of the human resource management should be clear. The organisational structure supports the goals and objectives of the human resource management within the organization. The difficulties that are faced by ABC System is facing regarding the organizational issues as there is a need to revive the organisational structure of ABC Systems. The company should introduce the new strategies as to overcome the employee's dissatisfaction within the organization. There are certain lacking that need to be overcome within the organization as employee satisfaction is necessary in overcoming the factors such as turnover, absenteeism and quality input on the part of employees. Theories of Management

The theories of management are effective in rebuilding the organizational structure of an organisation as the theory of management focuses on the making the business and the people to work in a productive manner.
