Introduction

Human Resource is the most important and integral part of every organization. The way a HR department runs, deeply affects the whole organization. A hefty part of an organization's growth depends on the Human Resource department as they are responsible for recruiting the people who are suitable for the job. An organization needs talented and skilled people to drive their company towards success, and for that, the organization needs a capable and talented HR team. If a company has a flexible, highly skilled and strong management and workforce then it will surely be successful.

Human Resource Management Significance

Human Resource Management is the development of human resources with the aim of success factors such as the quality of leadership, the dynamics of the organization and to strengthen the development of talented employees. It thus represents a specific view of personnel management, the mission-critical importance of human capital takes up consistently. Human resources management is the source of innovation (Lawler, 2012). Any form of personal work can be viewed as human resource management, if it helps to increase the human capital value. Effective management of "human capital "has become a necessary operation and complex for human resource professionals. Their function is primarily to collect data for each worker on his history and personal characteristics, skills and abilities to such data more accessible and its remuneration services performed for the company (Cornelius, 2009).

There are several practices of the human resource management which are essential for every organization. These ensure that the human resource of the organization is effectively working and providing better productivity. These factors are critical for the success of the organizations.

Recruitment

Recruitment is a process of attracting, screening and selecting a qualified individual for a specific position. The example of this can be taken as employer wants to sale it s product in the market and for this the employer wants a person who can sale its products in the market. It means that the employer wants to hire an individual who can work for him and in reward the employer will pay him (Sims, 2002). Recruitment is done so that right individual can be chose for right position. For the above example only it can be seen that what if the employer hires a person who does not have good communications skills, d not have any experience in sales and field and does not have any idea about this field. It is obvious that the select candidate will not be able to sale the products. It is loss for both employer and employee. From employer's point of view the employer is investing financials for the development of product but products are selling so it is total waste of his investment (Dowling et al, 2008). Another point is that employer also has to pay to that candidate on monthly basis no matter the product is selling or not.
