A hefty part of an organization's growth depends on the Human Resource department as they are responsible for recruiting the people who are suitable for the job. An organization needs talented and skilled people to drive their company towards success, and for that, the organization needs a capable and talented HR team. If a company has a flexible, highly skilled and strong management and workforce then it will surely be successful.

Organisations must think about numerous basic variables about important functions of the orgtanisation itself, in order to keep it running successfully. Such functions include Management, Accounting, Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, Legal, International, Business, and Applied Decision making. The ability of individuals to adapt and administer inside this nature is a basic component in the victory of any business. The new business connection is provoking organisations to take a more developed investment in the use of their organisations' human assets.

Due to this the human asset capacity is playing a much more noteworthy part in an organization than at any other time in this progressive era. These include services for contamination control, clean room manufacturing services, janitorial services, in-sourced production staffing, facilities maintenance, labor management, grounds management, and staffing services. The company has a very good portfolio of clients and has been working for renowned companies from the Fortune 500 list. The customer retention rate of the company is the highest in its category.

The company's head office is based in London, and generated a revenue of 1.2 billion dollars in 2010 (Mogambo Inc). The company employs over 20,000 employees that provide service to 100 million square feet of space on a daily basis through out United Kingdom. The loyal customers of the company belong from very diverse industries. They belong to the manufacturing industry, schooling industry, aviation, pharmaceutical and even nuclear power industries.

The phenomenal success of the company can be attributed to only one thing, the quality human resource employed by the company. It is only the people of an organization that serves as the backbone of the company. Without them any business will not be able to achieve the competitive advantage (Weiss & MacKay, 2010, p. 3).
