The company has a very good portfolio of clients and has been working for renowned companies from the Fortune 500 list. The customer retention rate of the company is the highest in its category.

The company's head office is based in London, and generated a revenue of 1.2 billion dollars in 2010 (Mogambo Inc). The company employs over 20,000 employees that provide service to 100 million square feet of space on a daily basis through out United Kingdom. The loyal customers of the company belong from very diverse industries. They belong to the manufacturing industry, schooling industry, aviation, pharmaceutical and even nuclear power industries.

The phenomenal success of the company can be attributed to only one thing, the quality human resource employed by the company. It is only the people of an organization that serves as the backbone of the company. Without them any business will not be able to achieve the competitive advantage (Weiss & MacKay, 2010, p. 3).
