Human resource management requires consciousness in running the organization, keeping the productivity and organization's reputation at the top level among its competitors. This approach is although beneficial in terms of productivity; however, it widely affects the attitudes and behaviors of the people at the workplace (Mitchell, 2009).

Its impacts are positive in the area of services, and hospitality offered to the customers associated with the organization. It carries the inclusion of impersonal advertisements, and materials to be promoted, together with the interpersonal communicational links between the coworkers and the representatives of the company with customers. The physical appearance definitely matters in the management of an organization as the beauty is instinctively equated with the person's better, successful, and valuably smart performance in the environment (Elmer & Houran, 2008).
