The growth and demand of the online education is increasing day by day and it is expected that it will grow with a higher rate in near future. The main factors that create the differentiation between the one online institutes from the other are its high quality curriculum, quality customer services, professional instructors and competitive pricing. Therefore, it is necessary that in order to gain the competitive edge, the online institutes with higher education should work of the implementation of High Performance Work Systems (HPWS).
