Practices of Green Management in Centara Hotels and Resorts
CHAPTER 4: FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION
This chapter shows the results of the analysis derived from the questionnaire. The research employs purpose sampling. The data is collected from 100 employees of Centara Groups and 50 customers of Centara. The questions majorly focused on the key aspects associated with green management. The participants were selected though contacting ten hotels separately. These were the hotels which were renowned for their better administration. The directors and the administrative personnel were reached one on one. It was made sure that the information is not abused in any case, therefore a marked letter from the college authorise was provided to the bosses to analyse them that the research specialist is a dependable individual. The study used a purpose sampling, the aim of which was t provide a representative sample which ensures that the observation units are systematically grouped. Getting to the respondents through their address or middle names did not represent the population because the rate of employment of the sample was lower than the population share. The most secure way to have a representative sample was to make sure that the randomness of the sample selection is achieved. This means that the selected sampling units were drawn randomly.
The primary data was analyzed according to the responses of the surveys. The survey interviews that are initially conducted with the employees provided a basis for this section of the research with the customers. There was an active interrogation of the data collected through the process of survey interviews and it is presumed theories will arise out the interaction between the theorist and the data itself. The collected data was gathered into different category or themes which in turn were fed into different models or theories (Walker & Myrick, 2006). The axial coding of questions for the quantitative survey was introduced at this stage. This formed the basis for linking the survey questions with the grounded theory analysis.

These hotels were selected because they are seemed to be enhancing their picture, reducing the working expenses and furnishing out from the Thailand hotels and global ecological profits. The next section shows the analysis of the each question determining the main qualities which are shown as a feature of the development of qualified information.
