Effect of Global Warming on polar bears and their habitat

Introduction

Over the past years, the Polar bears have long imprisoned the concentration and awareness of the general public as well as researchers. It is therefore, probably that at no time in the past years have these polar bears been more in the vanguard of the public. At the moment heightened interest in polar bears may be due in part to an enhanced understanding of the ecology of polar bears, their environment, and an increased interest in Arctic issues brought on by concerns for climate change (Lexander, 1998).

Results of years of research and studies are now available to an interested public, and efforts to communicate this information to the public have been more effective in recent years than in the past. As a result, the current public is generally well-informed and educated regarding the ecology of polar bears. One of the high lighting factors here is that the public at present, unlike previous people and societies have several ways to communication and gather information as well as facts. Through the help of various communication tools, the public are now able to interact, respond and converse more efficiently, which is helping to making people all across the globe aware of the affects of global warming and its related results (Campbell et al, 2008).

Importance of the Topic

My topic is important as it narrates the important issue of the extinct habitats of polar bears due to global warming. It is high time people start associating them with the causes of their entertainment and profiteering. The topic relates to all those people who are increasing the effects of global warming and making the polar bears and their habitats extinct. People all across the globe should make it a point to help polar bears build their habitat once again and should help in making their lives back to their original surroundings.

The main issues due to Globalization

In order to clear the issues of the effect of global warming on polar bears, The United States of America's Fish and Wildlife Service formed the Act of Endangered Species so as to guard animals as well as plants having sustaining information presentation rapid or even low declining number of inhabitants. In the year, 2008 due to global warming the polar bears were endangered after much indication through the wildlife protection groups along with the collected facts from researchers and scientists indicating the extinction are a bona fide possibility (Schliebe et al, 2008).

On the other hand, these polar bears are at present still in danger of extinction. Due to the enormous amount of oil and gas progress in the core of where these polar bears live, and it is also planned to attack their responsive ecosystem. It is therefore, that no fortification from such activity s still tolerable. Since these districts are the place where baby polar bears are brought up, these hurdles caused by global warming are an additional challenge to these cubs who at present are striving to reach their ...
