This research proposal is based on “Gang Violence and Aggression”. Reactive aggression seems to predict violence in intimate relationships; instrumental aggression seems to predict more violence related to group activities such as gangs. Aggressive behavior attacking other children in the school, as well as the functioning of the youth gang crime is examples of aggressive behavior and violence embedded in the processes. The emergence of acts of aggression and violence in youth gang criminal activity depends on factors or circumstances that trigger and support such activity. These include both motivations of individual members of the group (e.g. dissatisfaction with leadership, a willingness to change their status, etc.) occurring within the group tensions or conflicts (e.g. the failure or the behavior of some members of the group) and external provocations and the circumstances requiring aggressive instrumental activities (Wexler, 2003).

Literature Review
The scope and intensity of aggression and violence as well as the nature of the criminal activity of the gang youth are embedded in the culture. Similarly, we can consider that youth gang violence is so reactive aggression (e.g. revenge against a previous attack) as instrumental aggression. Violence and aggression is one of the phenomena that accompany man from the beginning of its inherent existence on Earth. The issue of gang violence is of great public interest. Numerous press reports, television programs dedicated to youth violence irritate public opinion, especially on the background of the events occurred. Youth crime gangs are formed and operate especially in some areas of large cities. According to American data around 6 - 7% of teenagers aged between 10 and 17 years of age, living in cities such as Los Angeles, New York are actively involved in the gangs activity (Haugen, 2005). The indulgence of youth in the gang violent acts have characterized a worse economic conditions, lower rates of education and social status, and higher rates of crime in general.

It should be noted that the term violence refers to both physical and psychological violence, both being equally injuries physical and the psychological. The gang violence against men is a form of violence against men by their manhood. This violence has many facets ranging from reverse sexism to discrimination and contempt, physical or psychological aggression, and murder, resulting in very different areas: family, work, ...
