Organized crime is local, national and transnational groupings of highly federal enterprises operate by criminals for the purpose of engaging in some illegal activity, in which the common thing is monetary profit. In the middle of the year 1980's, they observed the swift growth in the use of cocaine. The trend of the data indicates that members of gang were responsible for the augmented prevalence of cocaine use.
