Introduction

Every year, many people die because of accidents caused by mobile devices. The number of accidents caused by mobile devices in the United States is increasing. There is no doubt to the fact that there are laws and regulations which restrict the use of cell phones while driving or at sensitive places for instance gas stations (Ling, 2004). A large number of accidents caused by cell phone are not reported because of the absence of cell phone specific laws. Therefore, it can be assumed that the number of accidents caused by mobile devices is higher than statistics.
