Introduction

Ethical issues sometimes appear unexpectedly in the tasks for which the researcher is forced to make decisions that require ethical positioning as methodological practices or strategic measures about the research process. One of the essential characteristics of this research is that ethical issues are the lack of a mediating instrument between the researcher and reality, so that there is a close relationship between the research subject and the subject researcher (Buendia & Berrocal, 2001). One of the strategies used is participant observation as it relates to participants in performing work placements, which are long and personal and professional ties forcing them to balance their role as a researcher and as a person while close and sensitive to the reality. The authors indicated that they were more or less demanding in terms of informed consent, some IRB merely a verbal consent. However, as indicated by trends in world literature in recent decades, as well as Internet content, the professional ethics of teachers is increasingly seen in the broader context of social and humanitarian mission of education, educational policy, the functioning of educational institutions and management (Sanudo, 2006).

Discussion and Analysis

Decentralization of ethical regulation is the main source of pro- problems of implementation of the common rule. The IRB have a margin considerable interpretation as evidenced the variability of their decisions on the same protocol and the duration of deliberation. The assessment of risk to subjects is well particularly variable. In the specific case of American school education, it is understood that the discussion about black culture cannot disregard the existence of racism and inequality between blacks and whites in our society (San Martin, 2007).

The school as a social institution responsible for the organization, transmission and socialization of knowledge and culture, reveals itself as one of the spaces in which the negative representations of blacks are widespread.
