Introduction

There are a number of problems in an organization and employees that are associated with it. Some of the major problems with employees in the United States, include job insecurity, US economy has experienced certain fluctuations because of the recession in the past few years. There are various other issues including downsizing, employee turnover, blow average remuneration, pension plans and most importantly organizational culture (Bruce, 2006). In this paper I will discuss my experience in an organization and the associated problem I experienced over there.
