The study is based on the employee performance and organizational growth, which is an important phenomenon that management of the organization should consider as it can affect the overall efficiency and also the productivity of the organization. In relation to this, it is imperative and essential that an effective employee is a mixture of a set of good productive work environment and capabilities. There are several factors which have their effect on the organizational growth and performance of employees, thus, it is crucial that the managers need to be aware of these employee performance and organizational growth and should work in order to overcome the these that are affecting the organizational growth. The managers must provide employees with the tools they need to be successful and productive for maximum performance.
Research Aim
The aim of the study is to find whether employee performance, which is guided by employee growth affect organizational productivity, the rewards, company's profit and organizational growth. Organizational productivity by the employees should be in accordance with the job description mentioned by the human resources. Moreover, in order to get the best employee performance for organizational growth, there must be some sort of motivation in place of salary in the form of reward as it can motivate them in showing their efficiency as the employees can become more involved. The company's profit should also be high as it can serve in having organizational growth. Furthermore, the effective employee evaluation can also be a contributing factor for the employee performance as when the manager presents his opinion regarding the employee performance then the employees have chance to point out what is learned by him over the period.

With reference to employee performance with organizational growth, the performance improvement is the concept of metering of specific process or procedure, then adjust the process or procedure in order to increase production, increase efficiency, or increase the efficiency of a process or procedure. The concept of performance improvement can be applied to either individual performance such as an athlete or organizational performance such as racing team or company.
In organizational development, performance improvement is the concept of organizational change in which managers and governing body of the organization in place to manage a program that measures the current level of organizational performance and then generate ideas for modifying organizational behaviour and infrastructure to be put in place to achieve better levels output (Slater, 2004, 204) ...
