Description of Problem
In today's context, world is fighting hard to survive, therefore in such a scenario the significance of training and development tends to touch new heights. Training and development is regarded as the pre-requisite for growth. Therefore, this study helps to define grounds and formulate strategies which can equip the reader with the impact of training and development on the organizations. Staff in every sense is your only true asset which can add value to your product at every level, or can also act vice versa if he or she lacks proper training and fails to go through the process of development. In today's business, the training is usually provided more in order to let the employee concentrate on his current job. The term training refers to the actions which are aimed at the acquisition or the sophistication of certain tools to perform the functions efficiently. Development refers to education that is received for professional growth. It has no clear or immediate application to the current job of the employee; however, it can facilitate better functioning directly or indirectly to the organization while also allowing for personal growth. According to the studies, the word "develop" is defined as to increase, to give rise to something which is physical, intellectual or moral. Thus, development can be referred to the training activities that allow employees to activate, enhance or inhibit and reduce those powers which do not have a specific application to a specific job but are useful for the organization and the individual (DeLuca & Valacich, 2006).

Objectives
This research tends to be connected with the notion of training and development in organizations. Today organizations tends to give special attention to help figure out new and qualitatively different ways to serve the customer, improve quality, develop leaders, and empower the organization. Moreover, this study tends to lock upon how training can enhance the performance of the employee and ultimately it tends to result in the benefit of the organization. The objective and reason of the study is to point out the effect of training and development on the organization. This study also intends to evaluate and gauge the response towards training and development on the employees of the organization which has undergone training, in one manner or the other. In addition to this, a different variable also needs to be deciphered which are cultivated as a result of training and development.
