Transformational leadership is the junction of New Leadership that focuses on the affective and charismatic elements of leadership that allows subordinates to participate in the transformation of the organization. The theory of transformational leadership is a procedure to transform and change people. It includes the assessment of motivational satisfaction of the people and gives them complete rights. It is concerned to the improving factor of the follower's performance and their development to potential stage (Avolio, 1999). It has been observed that people who show transformational leadership usually have firm set of internal ideals and values, and are efficient to the motivating followers to act in the same manner that hold the good side of the leadership rather than its worst consequences. Transformational leadership is a model that describes leaders to offer a wide series of generalization that who the leaders are working in the context of transforming. The strength of this theory is that it realizes the importance of leader's own behavior towards subordinates and altering dynamics but on other hand, it has the weakness that it sometimes becomes the reason of creating complex situation. Certainly, most of the scholars are learning about transformational leadership as it is gaining the focal place in the research of leadership.
