How Might Leadership can Improve Teacher's Professional Practice?
Introduction
Educational leadership or teacher as a leader is a vision of helping teachers and recognize their deepest feelings and motivations, to look inside in search of their own self-consciousness. This raises a teacher as a leader, who willingly makes preparation to turn the educational process as a dynamic, expressive and transforming way to transform the society. Educational leadership means breaking with the scheme of truths "petrified". This will put students in position of having to deal with paradoxes, conflicting philosophical positions and the implications that derive from their own beliefs and behaviours.
Schools are institutions that need a very special way, a leadership that enhances the fidelity and harmony in personal relationships. Much of the work of the teacher passes without direct control; understanding the importance of control will aid in enhancing the teaching skills of a teacher (Ackerman, Katzenmeyer & Moller, 1996). This paper in connection will explore the importance of leadership in teaching skills, whereas, the effective leadership style in teaching will also be determined. The paper will centre focus on exploring the strategies of how might leadership can improve teacher's professional practice?

If the above is moved to the classroom as a space, a human group that requires command, the teacher becomes a leader. The teacher will represent the interests of the hall, take the group to achieve its interests, form the cohesion among them, maintain order, will encourage and motivate you to move on. Because of this, does the teacher will be a leader? I think the answer is obviously yes. But all teachers will be leaders? How a person ...
