Educational leadership means breaking with the scheme of truths "petrified". This will put students in position of having to deal with paradoxes, conflicting philosophical positions and the implications that derive from their own beliefs and behaviors. It should be clear that there is always a range of possibilities. Should be allowed to innovate, invent, question, evaluate, dream, imagine and rethink. Understand, finally, that education is a lifelong task. We are convinced that they are educators, leaders, who through their vocation and with new thinking can change society. Significant changes of a transformational leadership can be operated on personal and small groups (Hoyle, 1993). While assuming this discipline through dedication and commitment can eventually be transformed. The best way to propagate the ideas of change is living them. Before starting a new paradigm shift and abandon the habits that have prevented our growth. In other words, we must be willing to forget the life we've planned to have the life that awaits us. We shed our old skin to have a new one. In the paper, we try to focus on the Educational Leadership.

Educational Leadership
Introduction
There are a number of reasons to examine leadership styles more closely. One is that educational leadership is currently in an era of transformation, with a movement toward transformational approaches. Within the varied world of educational leadership, is the emerging specialty area of technology leadership. As defined by Anderson and Dexter (2005), technology leadership is the administrative oversight for educational technology that should be provided by school leaders. Today's leader needs to be skilled in information and communication technology including budgeting, teaching, learning, and social and ethical issues that are all an integral part of the National Educational Technology Standards which were developed by the International Society for Technology in Education. Numerous researchers and educational organizations have noted that a crucial component of successful technology-based school reform is strong leadership (Anderson & Dexter, 2005).
Background
A theory is "a set of interrelated constructs (conceptions), definitions, and propositions that present a systematic view of phenomena by specifying relations among variables with the purpose of explaining and predicting phenomena". Gall, Gall, and Borg defined theory as "an explanation of a certain set of observed phenomena in terms of a system of constructs and laws that relate these constructs to each other". A theory systematically organizes information and knowledge to help to identify, classify, analyze, summarize, predict, or explain the specific nature or behavior of people and their organization. Therefore, a leadership theory provides a guiding framework for understanding, predicting, and controlling behaviors in organizations. Without theories to guide them, educational leaders would most likely flounder in making decisions (Beach, 2005).
The educational task has always been implicit leadership role. In this background there is ethical leadership that has always surrounded the actors in the teaching-learning process, since education is a human activity in which people can exert their influence on ...
