Aim/ purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tools or techniques that are best suited to stop smoking in young adults or youth.
Methods: The methodology of this article is that it gives suggestions and gives details about best available techniques for quitting smoking especially for adults that are in young age and considered as youth which is the asset of country. This article describes that those young persons wants to quit habit of smoking, then they can use the techniques mention in this article to do this as these not only help them in quitting smoking but also provide long term results.
Target population: Young Generation or Youth that is highly affected from this bad habit.
Study sample: To study the effect of these techniques 1000 males and 1000 females are used as a single sample.
Criteria for Inclusion/Exclusion: The criteria used by this article are to give suggestions about best techniques that may help in quitting smoking without any side effects.
Dependent Variables: Stopping bad habit of smoking or stopping smoking.
Extraneous Variables: In the study done according to this article all these techniques mentioned in independent Variables are very efficient, cost effective and effective in quitting bad habit of smoking.
Details of the Measurement Instrument: The methods or techniques used in this article are very reliable as it is suggested after research on quitting smoking effectively.
Outcomes and Key Results: The results are very good when these techniques are implemented on test scale for peoples. It provides figures of approximately 73.2% male young's and 88.1% female young's quit smoking by the use of these techniques (Cahill, 2008).
Strengths and Limitations of the Study: Do not depend on the conclusions made by the researchers to determine the strengths and limitations.
Level of Evidence: The level of evidence is excellent as the article uses the best way to survey task between 24 weeks to 6 months.
