The risk management is to systematically search the risks the company faces, prioritizing them according to their severity and probability of occurrence, and then accept or process. This treatment is to implement preventive measures, intervening on the possible causes of undesirable events to prevent them from occurring (introduction of smoking ban signs, for example), or protection reduce the effects (installation of fire extinguishers and evacuation plans display). These measures are most effective when they are made well in advance because, on the one hand, the crisis leads to an increase in uncertainty, and therefore a regression prediction, and other hand, the risk reduction actions are sometimes long to implement.
