Profit-oriented companies' core objective is based on optimizing profit, which is supported by globalization through opening new growth and development opportunities for organization (Huse, 1989). In alternative medicine hospitals, management seeks for change in order to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the organization. The organization where I am working has enforced Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in the organization, whose basis concept is base on automation and integration.
