INTRODUCTION

This essay is based on understanding organisational change and how it should be effectively managed. It will include a brief discussion of change in Organisation that takes place, a definition of organisational change, necessary skill required by the management to facilitate the change and important strategies which supports this organisational change. Additionally different elements responsible for change are also considered and the types of discussions mentioned are also looked in detail. This paper will also analyze an organisational change, how the organisational change will be achieved and through which process. It will also study the impact of how organisational changes affect upon the way in which security objectives of the companies are affected. A change in Organisation can have various effects on the performance of the company. It is a dynamic process and must be overlooked by responsible management personal. The process of change in organisations is not a small process; it usually takes a lot of time for it to fully take place effectively (Raggad, B. G. 2010, pp. 23).

While keeping in mind that the essay is based on change with regards to security, mortality event Organisation will be better understood as the process by which means are related to a positive end. Organisational change occurs in many companies (Burke & Burke, 2002, pp.26 - 35). These changes in organisations can occur due to many reasons. It could be as a result of a culture change, or a change in the Organisation structure and behaviour. Organisations which are going through financial distress, or they are in the process of corporate restructuring, are also in the transformational phase. The change does not occur on its own.
