Research question

How to manage cost of providing computer services to the customers in Four brothers Inc ?

Description of the organization

There is a business research on the " Four Brothers Inc located in Los Vegas. There is a research team who is responsible to identify and analyze different problems arises in the organization.

Research design

It is very much important to design a research in order to identify and analyze the research question. There are many ways of presenting a research design which can meet the standards of addressing the research question. Some of the major elements in the research design are discussed further.



Variables

Independent variables

Independent variables are those variables which are those which are in the control of the organization. It is the organization who has power to manipulate and chose the independent variables. The main function of independent variables is to affect on dependent variable. In the Four brothers Inc the independent variable is the quality of services which are provided by the organization. The services which are provided by the organization can be changed or manipulated. These services come under the category of independent variables. These conditions depend upon the prevalent circumstances in the organization which is directly connected to its market condition (Creswell, 2009).

Dependent variables

Dependent variables are those variables which are to able to change or manipulate. In an organization dependent variables play a very important part in defining the goals and objectives of the organization. These are very much important variables as these cannot be manipulated or changed in any way. As compare to independent variables the dependent variables are considered to the rigid ones because these are the basic pillars of the organization. In a Four brothers Inc the dependent variable is the nature of the organization which is providing computer services to customers. To provide the computer services to the customer is the core responsibility of the organization which is not to be changed or manipulated like the quality of services.

The purpose of addressing the research question

It is very much important to address the research question which is possible only after a thorough research.
