From the retail business to the automotive and the farming industries, the beliefs has exemplars of flourishing functions. Two of the most significant in-house functions in a company, which have achieved increased value, are purchase and logistic departments. Purchasing and logistics both make a payment to the competitiveness of an organisation by carrying out diverse value adding actions independently. This paper will address two different questionnaires designed to deal with the subject matter of these two functions in Supply Chain Management. There are some questions in the questionnaires that will intend for end-users or internal customers and will explore the area of Procurement Functionalities and in-house structure division of the organization.
