All organizations must secure a continuous supply of resources from their environments. When an organization is established, it is critical that the resources are adequately mobilized after the initial mix of resources. As these resources constitute a structural pattern that tends to persist and is imprinted on organizational members.

Introduction

Every institution either organizations or small medium enterprises are there requires absolute management for running the business operations smoothly and effectively. In the same way resources play a significant role in achieving the Organizational mission and its objectives.

The effectiveness of any of the organization largely depends over the resources management. It is said by many of the economist like Adam smith and Alfred Marshall that Economic Resources are scarce and need of these resources have exceptionally increased. Therefore an organization has to be very careful when utilizing its resources.

In organizations efficient and effective utilization of resources are exceptionally significant for instances; financial resources management, Inventory management, Human resources management, Production resources management and Information technology management. The management of these resources includes its adequate resource allocations to functional domains and managing various projects etc. In this regard resource management software is also being used in order to gain the efficient resource management.

Human Resource Management

Human resource is the fundamental resource of an organization that actually manages the other resources of the organization. Human resource of the organization allocates the HR among various projects or the strategic Business Units. Human resource manages the maximum utilization of the available personnel resources to achieve the Business goals and objectives. HR manages the deployment of an organization's personnel resources.

Corporate Resource Management

Corporate Resources management includes the adequate resources allocation across multiple projects.

According to an article which published in Fortune magazine in November 1994 defined that there are six reasons due to which a company fails. The Reasons include Lack of identification of the crisis by the management, having a vague vision, excessive debt financing, sticking to old technologies, old customer's base with no market penetration and incompetent human resources.
