Abstract

Looking at the nature of the business and hotel, it is being felt that there is a need for Facilities Manager as soon as possible. There is wide variety of the services that is served by hotel, and to make sure that all these services are effectively run, there is need for better integrations among all the departments. Also there are wide varieties of contracts hotel is indulging in, and to make sure all these contracts are fully complying with environmental, health and regulatory standards. The group has presented an idea of 4 star luxury hotels in countryside. Emphasize is given on providing unique environment to the visitors.
