Introduction

Knowledge can be recorded in the brains of individuals or be stored in the documents of the society (or organization) and its products and property and organized, and its operations. Despite the availability of a large number of linguistic or operational definitions of the term "knowledge", we will use the knowledge on the basis of ideas or understanding being shown by a particular entity (individual or institution or community) and which is used to take the behavior of effective towards achieving the objectives of being (Morris, 2003, pp. 40-41).

One must make a distinction between "knowledge" and "information." Despite the lack of clarity of the boundaries between the two terms, but they are not two sides of one coin. Information is the result of processing the data, which reproduce in the environment and increase the level of knowledge for those who get it. This means that knowledge is the highest matter of information. We seek to obtain information to know (or we increase our knowledge).

Knowledge exists in many places, such as, knowledge bases and databases, and file cabinets, and the brains of individuals, and spread through the community and its organizations. And in many cases, repeat a slide in the community work of another slide to it, and quite simply, he was unable to follow up, and use the available knowledge in the other segments. Use of Business Intelligence to Propogate Knowledge in Organizations

Business Intelligence is the ability to transform data into information and information into knowledge, so as to optimize the decision-making process in business. From a pragmatic point of view, and directly associated with information technology, Business Intelligence can be defined as the set of methodologies, applications and technologies to collect, refine and transform data from transactional systems and unstructured data (internal and external the company) into structured information for direct use (reporting, analysis, OLTP / OLAP, alerts ...) or for analysis and conversion into knowledge, thus giving support to decision making about the business (Whiting, 2003, pp. 32).
