The Organization - Doctors Community Hospital

I have had experience of working at the Doctors Community Hospital of the Untied States of America which is an Accreditated Healthcare Organizations. Being a part of the organization, I found that the ultimate mission of the organization is to improve the health care system and the health of the public as a whole (Binder, 2013). For this, it collaborates effectively with its stakeholders and inspires every one at all levels of the hospital to excel and be successful in provision of highest level of care to the general public. The company has to update its standards and expand patient care and safety measures where the information is made available in transparent to all the associated members of the organization including the advocates, practitioners and the patients (Binder, 2013). All the employees including myself aim for promoting process improvements in the safety measures taken for the patients. The goals are system-wide focused. The patients are also involved in the decisions that are taken by the organization. The organization aims to expand its facility in the future and also open a few hospitals globally. The Doctors Community Hospital has remained an active member in providing good healthy life conditions to the people and has enhanced the quality of care that patients receive (Binder, 2013). The purpose is to ensure that the organizations comply with the regulations and state requirements. The following paper highlights the basic human resource functions of the organization and how it manages relationships throughout.

Challenges in Managing Relationships between human resources at different levels

All the employees in the human resource management and other departments are focused towards maintaining a whole established system, rather than establishing separate parts. Joint Commission manages effective relationships with its employees and other organizations and vendors who are seeking accreditation. I came to know that there are several standards set forth that guide the personnel at the organization on how to act in certain activities (Binder, 2013). Relationship management has been considered as one of the most important tools in any organization as it tries to develop good relationships with its employees, its customers and the patients. The point here is to ensure that everyone involved in the framework is highly satisfied and motivated with the functions of the organization (Binder, 2013). The hospital along with its pool of employees ensure that it has developed a good network of relationships inside the organization and promotes the same at all levels.

Relationships are important throughout the organization as it helps in operating, co-operating and interacting with each other. People are usually motivated and influenced by their surroundings which signify the importance of relationships in the work environments.
