How knowing my profile shapes my approach to management

The DISC profile test revealed that my classical profile pattern in the Investigator pattern. People with this type of profile pattern are usually objective and respond to logic and facts instead of emotions. They are opinionated and are able to handle technical tasks well. They are determined and organized. The typical Investigator type person prefers working alone and is highly suspicious of others. He or she judges people on their usage of facts and logic (Anonymous, 2011).
