In this study we try to explore the concept of “Self Evaluation” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Self Evaluation” and its relation with “Self Assessment”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Self Evaluation” and tries to gauge its effect on “Self Assessment”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Self Evaluation” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Self Evaluation” on “Self Assessment”.

Self-Evaluation is a reflection in which we discuss, identify and examine the knowledge, skills, performance and capabilities of a person. Through the assessment will identify areas for improvement. In an assessment, a person can determine the causes and contributing factors to a specific situation. Similarly, a person can know what their strengths and weaknesses and work with them and use them to maximize their profit. (Zuckerman 2001)
Self concept is the cognitive aspect of free thought is also associated with the AM image of him that, the AM of the way we see in the mirror. We become our self-concept as we learn when we are young our parents or our peers. Self concept changes throughout life, from how people look at you, how does it compare to others, how traditions and customs are different from other people, and how you feel about yourself.
If the people we admire flatter us, look for our company, listen carefully and according to us tend to develop a positive self-image. If we avoid, neglect us, tell us things about ourselves that we do not, AOT want to hear that we develop a negative self-image. We are all social beings whose behavior is determined to some extent by the roles we play. (Tesser 2001)
These papers as a student, housewife, or a member of the football team not only help others recognize us, but also help us know what is expected of us in different situations, in my situation, it is important what people think and see me, because in a way that helps me be better and correct some bad habits you might have, but at the same time, do not let it get to me because it just might affect me and instead of actually help I would do worst.
