The observation of diversity led to include the admiration and approval. This means accepting that every individual is recognizing and distinctive our personality differences. This can include along with the gender, sexual orientation, age, political beliefs, dimensions of race, physical abilities, religious beliefs, dimensions of race and other different ideologies. This is basically an exam of such differences in a safe, positive and also nurturing environment. It is also the fact that diversity is composed of not only one element, but the variation and the relative abundance of species so as diversity measures and considers these two factors: species richness, which is the number of species, and uniformity, that is, to what extent are abundant populations of each species (Gardenswartz & Anita, 1994).
