EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In this study, the researcher focuses on to determine work life conflict & its effect on employee performance, for this research the researcher used the real example of an organization in UAE. The organization selected for this research is BK Gulf LLC. BK Gulf is a privately held contractor engaged in providing value-added engineering, installation and service skills to customers. The basic aim of the research is to determine the significance work life conflict that affects the employee performance in the organization in BK Gulf LLC. One reason that has been posited for these mixed findings is the lack of specificity in measures of social support. For this study, the researcher has used qualitative methodology, in which the researcher used both primary and secondary data accumulation. Qualitative research is more subjective than quantitative research and it is based on very unlikely methods of accumulating information Primary data was collected through survey questionnaire and secondary data was collected through various libraries. In conclusion, it can be said that the initiatives of resolving the work life conflicts can be part of a comprehensive health and safety or program of health promotion in the workplace. Furthermore in accordance with the analysis, that BK Gulf LLC should coherently align its internal environment with the external context. It needs to work upon strengthening its ties with its internal equity while being diligent towards establishing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
