In this paper, we will discuss the stress management of three executives who works at the leadership level of Make Widgets, Inc. Being an organizational consultant, I have hired to work in a team to response to the stress management requirements of these executives in a way that would help them in managing their stress and also, come up with some options for how they might be proactive for the long-term health of the company, so that there are options in place that employees can utilize in the future to manage work-life balance issues that may arise.

Introduction
When we consider the conflicts of family and work, in general, we think of employees of lower levels of the organization. However, a recent survey of 179 CEOs found that many of them have problems with this. For example, 31% said that there is much stress in their lives, 47% admitted they would sacrifice some compensation in exchange for more personal time and 16% thought change jobs during the six months to reduce stress or the sacrifices made in life staff.
Management plays a key role in creating a new culture of reconciliation between work and private life. Instability and high dynamics of the working environment for employees requiring increasing levels of commitment in terms of amount of work that emotional and cognitive engagement: why, in recent years, employees feel more and more difficult to manage their time without sacrificing work, personal commitments and family life. In response to these needs, excellent companies have developed over the years, a variety of systems and programs to create an environment that takes care of employees and also for their families (Folkman, 2004).
Over the last fifteen years, we have witnessed the rise of an economy's flexibility, in terms of spatial, temporal and social skills, and even the way we work has changed accordingly. The introduction of new technologies, the fall of the traditional boundaries of geography and industry, the transition from the logic of product to that service, the growing number of women workers and the aging of the population at work have made it increasingly crucial for businesses to balance the relationship between personal and professional life.
Prevention and occupational stress are a major challenge; to counter the criteria must be organizational and personal. Doctors in occupational health and related professionals should monitor their patients and where possible the entire organization in order to manage stress effectively, although the involvement of the health team to make major changes is often more difficult because managers and employers generally seek to resolve the problem of individual workers, but reject intervention in the origin of the problem when it involves the need for changes in the workplace, the potential trade-off between economic gain and the welfare of workers (Mills, 2005).
