In this study I have researched many articles related to the topic i.e. Human Resource Management and its need in any organisation. The data was extracted through many journals, articles and books; in addition all these book and journals can be find in the reference page below of the study. Different theories and concepts of HRM are extracted from the previous researches and case studies. Once the data was collected, I analysed the data and in order to make the study more understandable, I chose a well known organisation; Tesco, and with the help of HRM of Tesco I have explained the importance of Human Resource Management in any organisation. Information about the Human Resource Management of Tesco was extracted through different case studies and articles. In the end the study has concluded with the few recommendations about the Human Resource Management at Tesco.Please find the revision requirements on the page numbers highlighted in the table of contents and in the main document also.Acknowledgement

Abstract
In this study we try to explore the concept of Human Resource Development in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on Human Resource Management and why it is necessary for any organisation. The research also analyses many aspects of Human Resource Management and tries to gauge its effect on an organisation. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for Human Resource Management and tries to describe the overall effect of HRM on an organisation. The method used here for research is qualitative. Qualitative research is more subjective than quantitative research and it is based on very unlikely methods of accumulating information. The research is based on the collection of secondary data. The data is extracted from a variety of articles, journals and books. Secondary research means that the information is gathered from publications, literatures, broadcast media and other non-human sources. Human subjects are not involved in this type of researches. Based on the evidence from our analysis it is verified that that human resource management has a significant impact on organizational performance.
