A hefty part of an organization's growth depends on the Human Resource department as they are responsible for recruiting the people who are suitable for the job. An organization needs talented and skilled people to drive their company towards success, and for that, the organization needs a capable and talented HR team. Human Resource is the most important and integral part of every organization. The way a HR department runs, deeply affects the whole organization. A hefty part of an organization's growth depends on the Human Resource department as they are responsible for recruiting the people who are suitable for the job. An organization needs talented and skilled people to drive their company towards success, and for that, the organization needs a capable and talented HR team. If a company has a flexible, highly skilled and strong management and workforce then it will surely be successful. The literature review of the article determines that the organizational performances have an impact if several different organizational factors. The performance of the organization depends upon the strengths of the HR functions, leadership and the organizational climate. According to studies conducted in this context, the financial performances of an organization are linked with positive attitudes and satisfaction, especially, when the employees of the organization feel that their personal and professional goals are being achieved, they automatically are satisfied with the work. This creates a positive environment for them which motivate them to do even more better work and perform well. This in turn generates and enhances the financial performances (Pereira & Gomes, 2012, pp. 4301). Them employee satisfaction increases the productivity and competiveness. According to the article, leadership also plays a crucial part in affecting the performances of the employees.
This article discusses the role of transformational leadership in transforming an organization into a knowledge based, then into learning organization so that it becomes an innovative company. Transformational leaders being the premier role player in this regard, help the firm in accomplishing this shift from knowledge based firm to learning organization. While these transformational leader do play a role in making an organization become a learning organization there are certain prerequisites to it in order for the leader to achieve desired goals. The organization first need to create, capture, transfer and then mobilize knowledge before it can be used for learning and then for innovation. The ultimate goal for transformational leaders today is to convert the organization to an innovative company.
