The main purpose of this paper is to identify three main aspects of training process, traditional training techniques and free training alternatives. Training is the action which is used for teaching the human beings and animals any specific skill. Training is very important in each and every field of study. Proper training helps the individuals to learn and develop themselves and get success in the required field. With the growing importance of training, the developments have been made in this sector. These developments are made so that the effective training can be assured.
Three main aspects of Training Process
Given below are the three main aspects of the training process:
Initial Training: The first section is about the training of the initial members and providing a retraining to the prior members who were away from the specific field for a period. In this phase the training session starts and the basic of the training are provided in this phase.
On-Going Training: The second section is related to the on-going training in which the different Communications Improvements Memorandums are used for the purpose of assuring the effective training and development. In this phase, the training members have already taken the initial training and now they are taking the on-going training for the purpose of enhancing their training and developmental skills (Paul, 2012, p. 4).
Advanced Training: The third section of the training process is the final selection which is related to publications so that it can be used by members for getting the answers. These are also called the guides which are used for training. This is the section in which the training members receive the advanced knowledge of the field in which they are receiving their training.
Traditional Training Techniques
Traditional training is very helpful for the development of personal skills. The traditional training methods are used for bringing improvements in the effectiveness of the training and its impacts. The traditional training is used for displaying the ways through which the trainers adapt and deliver different training sessions.
