Organization can and must develop a strategic plan which should include basic components such as specific and measurable goals for achieving the vision. Comprehensive Plan recognizes when the organization is today, and covers all the areas where action is needed to move towards the vision (Mariana, 2005). In addition to specific and measurable actions should clearly specify who is responsible for implementing them. Actions should have milestones associated with them so that progress in achieving the goals can not be measured (Mariana, 2005).
