Describe Branson's leadership style in terms of the leadership models?

Richard Branson is a unique businessman. His success is phenomenal. Starting with the magazine Student, Branson has created one of the most famous brands of our time at which now run about 400 different companies. Reply to this question is definitely not. But it is certain that Sir Richard is a typical image of a businessman is always ready to take risks.
