The study is related to the organizational behavior which particularly focuses on four factors that include stress, humour, hope and resilience. These factors which influence the organizational behaviours are important to study as it will guide in getting what factors determine the attitudes of individuals.
In this context, it is observed that the environment of organizations have changed, which have made a significant impact on the organizational behavior which has impacted attitudes of individuals. The approaches that include human relations approach, systems approach and the contingency approaches are considered as the modern tactics which help in resolving the problems pertaining to attitudes of individuals that are arising due to the environment. For that reason, it is important to observe the stress, humour, hope and resilience of individuals which affect the attitudes of individuals in organizations. Therefore, to get the attitudes of individuals in organizations descriptive statistics and correlation test will be used for analysing the organizational behavior.

Organizational behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, structures and systems have on activities within organizations. Specific areas of study include:
Individuals in organizations (their values, attitudes, beliefs and motives; decision-making and behaviour; satisfaction and performance;
Groups in organizations (teams, roles, and leadership; control, power, conflict, co-operation, negotiation and politics), and
Structures and systems (hierarchies, structures, rules and regulations, practices and policies; organizational cultures and values; organizational learning, change and development) (Hellriegel and Slocum, 2007, 27-49).
The purpose is to apply such knowledge in an attempt to improve the performance of individuals within an organization and enhance an organization's effectiveness (Robbins and Judge, 2010, 156-193). Organizational behavior invariably relates to the study of business organizations, but it may also consider not-for-profit and government organizations in essence, any organization that requires formal management (Randall, Cropanzano, Bormann and Birjulin, 1999, 159-174).
Organizational behavior is the behavior of individuals within organizations. It is intended behavior: Responses issued by the individual as a result of inadvertent contact with other individuals or as a result of contact with the external environment (Parker and DeCotiis, 2008, 160-177). The behavior in this sense everything that comes out of the work of the individual kinetic or think or talk or feelings or emotions. It is intended organizations: those institutions that belong to the individual, and aims to provide benefit and value of new factories, banks, companies and government agencies, schools, clubs, hospitals and others (Nye and Witt, 2009, 821-829). And can distinguish between two types of behavior of individuals: individual behavior and social behavior. And individual behavior is the behavior of particular individual, but social behavior is behavior that is the relationship of the individual with others of the group, and interested in psychology as concerned with individual behavior to meet social behavior.
