The paper describes how program will measure its effectiveness. The paper discusses the social Work roles utilized to accomplish the program. The paper examines existing institutional responses to the specific issue and target population selected that is adolescent. The paper clearly indicates an understanding of social policy, legislation, existing and proposed programming and possible funding sources responding to the chosen areas of human need. The paper further examines the issues of life crises in light of age, appropriate bio-cognitive and psycho-social development. That program address the gap or stress related to the expected age of appropriate development. The paper identifies the particular focus of the program as it relates to normative development and maximizing potential. The paper discusses ways in which the proposed program illustrates key principals of the Generalist Model of Social Work Practice. The paper identifies the guiding values and ethical principles that inform the proposed program.
