There are few things more important to the leadership of human activity. Most people, regardless of their occupation, education, political or religious beliefs, or culture, recognizing that leadership is a phenomenon and very consistent. Political candidates proclaiming, experts talk about it, what value companies, and military organizations depend on it. The French diplomat Talleyrand once said: "I have more fear of an army of 100 sheep led by a lion than an army of 100 lions led by a sheep." In my opinion, when you think about the leadership, ideas of power, authority, influence and may come to mind. You may think that the actions of effective leaders in achieving important goals. You may think of the real people who have been recognized for their leadership skills. Dwight D. "Leadership can be defined as the ability of an individual to influence the thoughts, attitudes and behavior of others.
