Professional Development grows as people, and their work done in some of the inherent needs of individuals. Self-realization comes at an appreciable rate when we are full partners in the work we do. Professional development is the result of career planning and includes aspects that a person enriched or improved with a view to achieving objectives within the organization. It commonly occurs through individual efforts or support of the company where he works.

Individual professional development begins in each person's willingness to achieve goals and acceptance of responsibility entailed. Normally, it takes several steps, considering possible outcomes; similar is the case with me (Cockerham, 2000, pp. 421-43). Obtaining higher levels of performance is the surest way to achieve promotions, recognition and excellence at work.

For me continuing professional development defined as educational activities that serve to maintain, acquire or increase the knowledge, experience and professional performance and relationships a physician uses to provide services to patients, the public or the profession. The physician must strive to continue their medical education throughout his career. These educational programs are essential to the professional development of health: be aware of the progress of clinical medicine and medical care and maintain the knowledge and experience to provide high quality care. The purpose of continuing medical education is to keep the competent physician. Medical schools, hospitals and professional societies share the responsibility to develop continuing professional development programs and make them available to all physicians.

Throughout my life, I remained in closer relationship with decision makers better known as people affecting the thinking of others; upload their development potential, there is little willingness to promote strangers. Being a Professional students, it increase the degree to which known by its performance, by written reports, oral presentations, work on committees and specific committees, and hours devoted to daily activities.

I started my medical education from Co-operative Institute of Health Sciences. According to my teachers, I always was a diligent student, who involved in academic, as well as, practical field. During my theoretical duration, I undertook 1840 hours as clinical placement as a studentship. During this duration but I consider that duration of my life was the most fruitful because I was in the starting of my learning phase and I was managing both my academic and practical life together.

I believe that developing a sense of loyalty to the organization is the first step towards the starting of professional career because I have seen that many people put their professional interests to the organization they belong to. Although the objective, of maintaining the turnover to a minimum much appreciated, most people who get climbing towards the top positions has worked for more than a business. Increasingly, the average employee feels excluded from the organization you serve (Gullahorn, 2003, pp. 204-08). Executives of in large hospitals increasingly tend to regard their human resources with the same attitude with which decide to purchase modern equipment.
