The recruitment process of the company is very well organized and every interested candidate can chose to apply for a certain department. The recruitment process of the company is three staged. The first stage requires filling an online form. In the second phase, the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a telephone interview among the pool of meritorious candidate who apply, and in the final stage the candidates who clear the telephone interview are required to come over to GSK for a whole day assessment that involves several activities. The successful candidates are then made part of the graduate development programme where they are incoming employees are provided with a splendid 30 months training.
