Task I

A. Teaching, learning, or health-related problem

The purpose and topic of this study is to review a conducted research and derive strategies and implications from it in a constructive manner. The research objective is identified to be obesity and its outcomes on the individuals of different population groups such as racial and ethnic minorities which is imperatively necessary and demanding. The research focuses on the usefulness of considering eating disorders and having the social and health aspects into overall routine of an individual. The reason why this study is so significantly conducted is to create awareness among people, connecting the root of eating disorders with the generalized health related issues and perhaps to determine how a worthwhile impact can be outlined for the cause (Marta, 2008).

B. Description of Instructional setting

The first section of this study presents the ideology, purpose and different discussions of such sort with the objective and several other affiliated terms with obesity and other ailments. The other chapters comprise of literature review and foundation of the study in terms of conceptual and theoretical ideas. There are others which are designed in a culminating manner to shed light on the methodologies and several other assessments planning that can be carried out to collect possible data which is updated at the same time regulatory and functioning.

The field of eating disorders and obesity has effectively and reflectively influenced many areas of people's lives and they are even advanced to be approaching respective contribution in a sense that will improve lives of several people. The relevancy of work that is done in this field by researchers, workers, clinicians, educators and practitioners can be considered as to what the outcomes and implementations are looked over. Obesity is an eating disorder which is comparatively very common in separate sectors of today's world and depending on the extent to which it has effected different generations there is an immediate need of treatment regarding the treatment of eating issues and associated dysfunctions.

The study is required to create a range of different activities instead of just a particular one to make the procedure vast and diversified among common people. It will assist in identifying the root that connects people's thinking and relationships with food and with their bodies. The cause of obesity to be discussed within the study is highlighted from its outcomes in the regulation of hypertension and other cardiac disorders (Malcolm, 2006).

The environment setting for this study is basically a nurse led family practice clinic in a metropolitan area of a larger city. The owner of the association is a DNP nurse with contacts of three other individuals that are relating weight management, family practitioners and a medical assistant. The clinic sees a variety of different individuals specifically coming in from cultural and vast backgrounds of ethnicities which is why the importance of keeping instructional settings is vital and essential.
