Companies That Are Learning Organizations

The two organizations which I believe to be the learning organizations are Oracle and Google.

Oracle Corporation

Oracle Corporation (Oracle or "the company") is one of the world's largest enterprise software and hardware systems companies. The company acquired Sun, a provider of hardware systems, software and services, for $7.3 billion in January 2010, to enter the hardware systems business.

Employees at oracle find their job to be very challenging. The work is very rewarding to those who work real hard. However, working at Oracle is generally considered being very exhaustive by most of the Oracle employees. There ...
