Leadership

A leadership is a person who has the ability to influence the other people to achieve his goals and lead the organization objectively in consistent and logical way. Each Leader has his own traits to take the actions he wants. I believe some people born with the leadership personality by nature and some of them acquire from the life experience, reading books or attending leadership courses. When I want to be a leader, I have to know my strengths, weaknesses, try to improve my skills and attributes and how to interact with people. (Chhokar 2008)

Leaders have many traits to be a good leader. I am choosing leader's behavior for my research paper. The leader's behavior has many sub traits but I will select some of these sub behavior traits which consists of good behaviors and bad behaviors. I will write in my paper some of the good and bad behaviors of the leadership which is comprised of: - making good decisions, caring for the other, good communication, be a role model for the subordinates, responsibility and problem solving. (Hofstede 2006)

Decision making

To take right decision is very important and vital for the leaders' success in their work and in their personal life as well. In an organization the leader will decide the budget and he/she can oversize or underestimate it which can cause great losses and deficits when underestimate the budget or in a large debt when oversize it. Sometimes he/she will not take the decision in the right time when it is effective and may lose a big project which can bring profit for the organization.
